Two Years!

Can you believe that I've been living in Arizona for 2 years! The part I never imagined is that I am still here. Well, technically I did move from Mesa to Gilbert recently. Oh Arizona, I don't know why my heart has this undertone of undulation with you but be patient with me and eventually I'll figure it out.

Here are some highlights of the past years in no particular order:

• Started Graduate School--Graduated from Graduate School
• I lived in Africa for 6 weeks
• The mystery Migraines begin...
• My little sister came to visit for Spring Break
• I adopted a Baby Grand Piano
• We did a 10 year anniversary run in memory of Grant
• I wrote some new songs.
• I worked (survived) on the San Carlos Apache Reservation for the summer
• Went to Disneyland with some incredible friends
• I started having Music Nights
• I had a wicked awesome birthday to remember!
• My Grandma B died
• My beautiful niece, Eden Jean Shields Strayer was born!!!
• I went to Glasgow, Scotland/ Dublin, Ireland/ Edinburgh, Scotland/ N England
• Stayed in a sweet cabin with friends in Colorado
• Got eaten alive by mosquitoes at Fossil Springs
• I completed my very own sewing project!

I am very grateful for all the people in my life, all the adventures I've made, the dreams I've dared to make come true, and the lessons I've learned along the way!
